Clearly a sales team that values the customer's satisfaction even After the sale.. A day after purchase I was unhappy with the amount of rust I observed on the break calibers and hub. My sales rep, quickly and efficiently coordinated with service to remedy the problem while making sure it was to my satisfaction.

My first experience having a car serviced by BMW, as well as BMW of Watertown ( this is the 1st BMW that I have owned ). I was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness, & efficiency of the staff at BMW of Watertown. My car was ready when promised, washed to my surprise, and the service was free of charge as stated during my purchase experience. Much better experience & treatment than by the other high end automobile dealership that I have been doing business with for 20 years or so. My compliments.
