From the moment I called to inquire about a pre-certified car till the moment I finalized my purchase (and even beyond), I was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Clearly a sales team that values the customer's satisfaction even After the sale.. A day after purchase I was unhappy with the amount of rust I observed on the break calibers and hub. My sales rep, quickly and efficiently coordinated with service to remedy the problem while making sure it was to my satisfaction.
I had an amazing experience with Howard and Walter. I was treated like a Queen. I have never experienced anything like it. Thank you guys.

My first experience having a car serviced by BMW, as well as BMW of Watertown ( this is the 1st BMW that I have owned ). I was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness, & efficiency of the staff at BMW of Watertown. My car was ready when promised, washed to my surprise, and the service was free of charge as stated during my purchase experience. Much better experience & treatment than by the other high end automobile dealership that I have been doing business with for 20 years or so. My compliments.
