This was my first time at BMW of Watertown, I was apprehensive at first because of the distance. I'm glad I choose to bring my car in, My service advisor ( Elizabeth ) was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. The car drives great after the Dinan software installation, Mike worked on my car and was also very helpful answering questions and concerns.
The dealer was great, the staff was incredibly nice. Howard was great in assisting me with everything I needed. I was very satisfied and will be coming back for service maintenance in the future.
Liz LaFond was wonderful and took care of all the service work that needed to be done on our X3. Highly recommend their service here.
No problems or surprises, I had a few technical questions and Eric answered them superbly. Purchased my X5 @ this location and plan on servicing it there too.
I brought my 5series in for a steering and sensor and reprogramming. I was taken care of by Langford, who had already arranged for transportation back to my house. She was very pleasant and explained exactly what would be done on my car. I received a message later that day and when I arrived my vehicle was waiting for me cleaned and ready to go. Thanks Liz! Great service. Thanks to tech Joe Coates for taking good care of my car. Quick and accurate diagnosis and great work.
I have only good things to say . Brad was extremely helpful and worked hard to find me the right car. I will pass his name along to friends. The others I met ( like the business manager) were great too. Glad I came to Watertown BMW.
Brad Epstine made a a great buying experience. Showed genuine concern that I understood a dead satisfied with all aspects of the sale. Other staff at the dealership very friendly.
I blow a tire on the highway on my way to work and needed a new 1 with a quick turn around and that's what Eric did for me he got me in and out as fast as humanly possible new tire and balanced
I appreciated how much dedication and attention paid to us by Brad showing us multiple cars, spending a lot of time going over the car's features and letting us test drive as many vehicles as we needed to make a decision. It was a great experience for us.
