I am never worry about being overcharged or work being done that I don't need. Eric was great on keeping me up to date on status of repair. Loaner car was awesome.

Everything went well - the appt. making, the loaner car, the politeness of everyone involved. Our vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be and it was washed, as well.

Leased a new 2017 BMW X5. Dealing with the sales people was easy and straight forward. They made everything clear upfront, gave me a great price and delivered on everything as promised. Dennis Smith the Sales person and Donny Frost the manager were a pleasure to deal with. They followed up a week after delivery to make sure everything was good and that I was happy! Highly recommended!

Howard was professional and courteous. I dropped the vehicle off for a brake inspection and was giving timely updates on the status of my vehicle. Great experience will continue to be a hoffman customer.

The service department promptly returned calls, and kept me timely informed of the status of the work being made. The Service Department was also very accommodating to my requests to have the car ready on a particular date. Moreover, the mechanics, technicians and other staff performed superior work, and repaired a condition that I had not noticed, but was within the warranty period.
