Brad was our sales consultant. He was great with keeping contact with us about our purchase. The whole staff at Hoffman BMW was very helpful throughout the whole process. When going to pick up the car, Brad went over everything about the car and made sure we felt comfortable leaving the dealership. The finance department was also very helpful. Overall it was a great experience buying our car at BMW of Watertown.
We purchased a BMW 535i this week and we could not have asked for a better experience. Found the dealership, BMW of Watertown, while looking for cars online. Dennis Smith, the client advisor we worked with, offered us a fair price up front and made the buying process completely hassle free. Everyone at the dealership was kind, professional and courteous. We will definitely come back to the dealership for our next car and will recommend the place to our family and friends!
Service manager was quick to keep me informed about repairs by telephone as well as email. He identified unknown problems and repaired them at reasonable cost. Very satisfied.

I would like to say during my research for a vehicle, and through the purchasing process of the vehicle, my experience with Watertown BMW was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. My sales person never made me feel pressured to buy, and he took a lot of time to answer my questions, and help me understand all my options.
