I'm very happy with the service, our service advisor was top notch. She communicated everything that was happening and was very available for questions. My car is running very well. And it was returned in optimal condition.
Had a great visit to Hoffman BMW service department. Eric in service was extremely helpful. He was also able to schedule me for a loaner which was very helpful.
I did not purchase my BMW from Watertown BMW but when scheduling/receiving service I was treated not only like a long time client but family.
