Eric was great to work with! He made the experience easy and time efficient. He also worked with me when I needed to reschedule making the whole process seamless.
I brought my car to this dealership with a severe oil leak. Once the leak was fixed I noticed my charging malfunction light was on and I asked Liz about it before leaving. She looked at my paperwork, but it would seem just to get the techs name. Liz went and found another tech (Mike) since the one who actually did all the work on my car either wasn't there or wasn't available. The process is very smooth. Howie offered me a loaner vehicle. After finishing the service, he informed me about the issues found and sent my vehicle to my home address.

Came in to get my Oil Change done taken care of. Though he was on the phone, I was greeted by Howard Hafford, he politely placed his headset down and his phone on speaker I then heard he was on hold. he very quickly promptly, and efficiently wrote up my paperwork, and informed me of everything that will be provided to me... Very thorough very helpful. I am changing my service from Ridgefield BMW to you . You are much better and honest. I request this service from BMW Ridgefield and they quoted a higher price and tried to add on service I did not request. Your dealership is also much more convenient.
