I leased a car with bmw and i loved the people and service so much. I leased another car. Dennis Smith made it so easy and stress free. He is a great asset to Hoffman BMW in watertown. I will always come back to deal with him. Charles Tuscano was great and really made me feel welcome and satisfied with my purchase. Joe Durante was great in showing me all the workings of the car. Hoffman BMW in Watertown is the best.

I brought my 435 XI for regular servicing and was blown away with the terrific job that Walt Modeen and his team did on my car. In addition to the routine maintenance accomplished, it was shown to me that mice had gotten into the engine compartment and made a mess;not only was the engine cleaned to look like new, the entire car was turned back to me in showroom condition. I have two (2) BMW's and will always bring them here for the best service !

I went in for regular maintenance, was completed very quick and efficient. You will not be disappointed in the dealership. I really can't say even good about my experiences here.

From my initial phone call to the completion of service, I experienced over and beyond my expectations.....after having been apologetic to Howie ,in passing,about the condition of my post holiday need for cleanliness ......I retrieved my car spotless....almost didn't recognize it.
