I brought my BMW in for the first 7,500 mile maintenance. Liz went over all the points that would be completed with the service. Everything was completed in a prompt and efficient manner.

My overall experience was excellent. The dealership staff treated me very well. Even offered to get me coffee while he went to get keys for a test drive. Very courteous and professional salesman.
Entire process was handled in a first class manner leaving nothing to be even dreamed of. All issues handled in a totally professional manner. Job well done!
I gave the 5 star rating to my visit because of the personnel that I have dealt with on my visits. Mr. Ramos and Mr. D'angelo gave me a degree of confidence in the dealership because I could count on being easily understood without having to invent the wheel every time I had need for service. One is no longer with the dealership, the other is not listed among the service employees. Retaining employees instills confidence in present and returning costumers.
We recently moved to Oxford from Danbury. I bought my car from Ridgefield BMW and have had it serviced there. I'm past the point of having a free tow so I had to drive the car to the nearest dealership which is Watertown. Although they didn't have a BMW loaner for me to use while mine was being diagnosed, Eric called Enterprise and got me in a comparable SUV to my X3. They had my car for a few days and fixed it. Eric was accommodating and courteous. I will now begin using Watertown to service my car. Thank you.
