Eric took the time to have an issue reviewed that our original dealership was not able, or willing to explain. We came to Watertown Service with an appointment that they were minute. Eric took our vehicle in and as promised had our concern analyzed and validated sufficient to allowing us to thoroughly understand. This by the way our original dealership was not able to accomplish in more that 2 appointments. Excellent service, oil change done in a timely manner. Saturday appointments very convenient. They did a very thorough inspection of vehicle and informed me of any potential issues.

I went to the BMW dealer for a brake warning light malfunction. I was also offered the option of having other services performed that were soon to be due on my BMW X3. All services were completed in a short time that day. I was very pleased with my experience at Hoffman BMW. Staff are always top notch, and are always keeping me informed. Excellent!

Had a super service experience. Eric not only fit me in during Xmas week, he kept me abreast of developments, had car ready in timely manner, and took care to ensure drop off at my home though I was out of town.
