Although parking is very tight at the dealership the sales staff was courteous and friendly. My sales person was Dennis Smith who explain every detail of the vehicle I was interested in.

Dennis is the best. He spent hours with me as I built my model, explained everything patiently, was always available and returned calls promptly. Due to illness I wasn't able to go to the dealer to sign documents - Dennis brought them to my home, which I found exceptionally kind. He has been amazingly patient in training me on the controls. I am a returning customer, and people like Dennis are the reason for my loyalty to this dealer for the ultimate driving machine!

I brought my wife's car in for a regular service that I had scheduled prior to arrival. Eric had a loaner vehicle ready for me and he reviewed the recommended list of services that where due on the vehicle. He provided me with an estimate for those services, which I asked to have completed. He followed up with a phone call later in the day to let me know that the service inspection revealed no additional work required, then let me know when the vehicle would be available for pick up. Dennis Smith was a big help. He was able to tell me about the car in great detail as well as get the cost/payment where I wanted to be. I would recommend him in the future. I had a great first experience buying a BMW!

I had my very first service at BMW of Watertown. Eric DuVerger was my Service Advisor. He was very professional and had sound knowledge of the service. He took the time to explain exactly what was done and why. Eric made sure I was comfortable while waiting by checking in on me. I really appreciate and encourage his willingness to go above and beyond. Overall it was a tremendous experience.
