The reason for another review of excellent is simple. BMW of Watertown never fails to EARN that rating. I called with an issue on my X5 and delt with Rich one of the service advisors. Ive worked with him on several occasions and as always he is the perfect combination of friendly as well as professional. He ran my VIN and told me there was also a " service bulletin" on my car. We gave overall rating because all the service department is friendly and we are greeted by them as soon as we were at the door. Liz took care of us with our brake service and we were pleased when we picked up our car. It was explained to us by Liz what was done to our car and my concern about the battery.
