The reason for another review of excellent is simple. BMW of Watertown never fails to EARN that rating. I called with an issue on my X5 and delt with Rich one of the service advisors. Ive worked with him on several occasions and as always he is the perfect combination of friendly as well as professional. He ran my VIN and told me there was also a " service bulletin" on my car. Walter is the best service manager on the east coast hands down. There is a high probability that he is the best service manager in North America.
We gave overall rating because all the service department is friendly and we are greeted by them as soon as we were at the door. Liz took care of us with our brake service and we were pleased when we picked up our car. It was explained to us by Liz what was done to our car and my concern about the battery. I experienced some bumps in the repair process and then Walter Modeen step in and corrected every issue that I had. Walter truly went above and beyond, he kept me informed every step of the way. I am truly a very satisfied costumer.
Eric was courteous and accommodating. Friendly greeting, loaner car given (although had to go to Enterprise - not Eric's fault), drop off and pick up quick & easy.
My car was in for service for an unusual repair. He made sure the car was in and out as soon as possible. Richard and Hoffman BMW were very helpful in keeping the cost fair. This is a great dealership to do business with. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks, Gene Racki
