Liz was great. She kept me informed on my car's progress. I appreciated that she also advised me of a recent recall that I had not yet been advised of and ordered the needed part to eliminate a return trip to the service department. I am very happy with the service I have been receiving from BMW of Watertown, and most recently with Liz.

love the idea of them picking our car up at home leaving a courtesy car and returning ours washed the genius is a very helpful feature

This was a warranty replacement of the radio. Service was quick and the people were friendly. They even invited me back for a complementary car wash because it was raining that day.

As always very pleased with professionalism of entire staff. I was told service would take approximately 90 minutes. I was driving out with service complete and a freshly washed vehicle in just under that time. My salesman Dennis Smith made sure I was in and out in time for my next appointment..

Very professional and courteous. Excellent explanation of repair by Rich D’Angelo as well as timely service updates.The repair extended over the weekend and a loaner was provided for the entire time of service.
