Called about the engine light. told not to worry unless it starts flashing. Liz LaFond was terrific. She got me in for an early appoint at 7:30. and a shuttle. In work earlier than usual. Driver was profesional and courteous. Forgot his name but he was new to the area, came from BMW Bridgeport. Car was ready and washed by end of day. Both items fixed to satisfaction and both we covered under warranty. Liz followed up the next day or so. Great experience.

Great experience from the beginning to day of picking up our new BMW. The process was very quick and easy. Dennis Smith in sales was great from start to finish he provided us with what we were looking for without any issues. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. Charles Tuscano was a pleasure to deal with too.
Considering what kind of and the cost to maintain it, I found it to be reasonable Vey helpful and professional and would be back for farther work when needed
The service was done in a timely manner. The car was cleaned and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The service tech identified other items that needed attention.
Probably the only service center I do not dread going to. Always friendly and very helpful. Elizabeth is a real pleasure to deal with, goes out of her way!

When we first went to the dealership we were there just to get my 535i xDrive appraised but we were also in the market for a new car, specifically the X5. Charles gave us a VERY REASONABLE price for the 535i. Fortunately we sold it on our own. Dennis sent us an e-mail thanking us for coming in.
