Well started with Geoff, very nice gentleman and finished up with Dennis to purchase my vehicle. They both were outstanding! I loved the fact they were so personable made you feel so comfortable. This was my second time at this service department and for the second time, they did an excellent job!! We had the BMW entertainment system installed and although it is more pricey than aftermarket ones, the quality is better and worth it. I was thrilled to find out that it remembers where the DVD left off even after turning the vehicle off. They will also still run with the engine off. Great job and awesome system!
