Well started with Geoff, very nice gentleman and finished up with Dennis to purchase my vehicle. They both were outstanding! I loved the fact they were so personable made you feel so comfortable. So it's Friday morning getting ready to go to work and my old BMW decides it's going to have a sick day who else can you call at that time and get the professional advice and work only at BMW of water town thanks to Walter Modeen and John Ramos I was back to work in no time at an honest price save money time and effort go see these guys
We had a great experience working with John. We were out of state and he was great at explaining everything and giving us options. Overall, great experience and my car is running great, again!
This was my second time at this service department and for the second time, they did an excellent job!! We had the BMW entertainment system installed and although it is more pricey than aftermarket ones, the quality is better and worth it. I was thrilled to find out that it remembers where the DVD left off even after turning the vehicle off. They will also still run with the engine off. Great job and awesome system!
