They fully took control of fixing the car at no cost. Within 4 days i was back in my car and was covered under waranty of vehicle!

Was able to get a service appointment within 48 hours. Left my house without reading glasses, and was given a ride to the store to purchase some so that I could get my work done.

I had an emergency problem with my X5 Hood not releasing. I walked into the service department and John set me up with a new BMW loaner AND fixed the hood problem in the same day.
