Had previously ordered interior part for replacement. Part came in, they called and sceduled me for a time convienient for me. I arrived for the appointment, part got installed in the time frame they quoted me. Car was returned much cleaner ( itvwas pretty dusty on the out side ) then when I drove in. Thanks.
Easy check in when I got there. I was told which alerts were on in my car for servicing besides ones I knew about. I knew price before and the wait was not long. Excellent job as always! Very knowledgable and friendly people. Love going there!

My appointment for service at BMW of Watertown was a very positive experience. The service advisors that I worked with were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. John Ramos when above and beyond, he is genuinely eager to help. My car was serviced to my satisfaction, there were no surprises with price and service was completed on time. I would recommend this dealer.

It is exciting when you call, you get a real person who is actually sitting at the dealership! Both Richard who set the appointment & John who took care of me were great as well as the young man who got my loaner and then returned me my car cleaned & vacuumed too!
Service was easy to schedule,they kept me updated with everything what needed to be done. Very friendly staff. Professional and helpful. Car was ready on time,was washed inside and out. I'm very happy with service they provide.
Service consultant was very good and spent the time to discuss the repair and what some of the pros & cons were at this point regarding replacing the other coils (non of which are malfunctioning at this time). It enabled me to make an informed decision about the repair, which I appreciated. And John has a great personality and sense of humor, which I also give him high marks for.
The red circle with exclamation mark came on in my car and I scheduled a service appointment ASAP as I was going to drive to Quebec City a few days later. The service representative I worked with was John Ramos. This was the second time I worked with John. John is a professional, cordial and knowledgeable service representative.
