My rental lease was up on my 2013 BMW 528xi and I contacted Donny Frost as I had done business with him on my prior lease. An excellent service experience John. We reviewed my concern areas when I dropped the car off in the morning and John kept me apprised of the results when my vehicle had completed the service appointment. The detailing I requested was excellent as well. I arrived late in the day to pick up my car when John was on his way out for the day, but he turned around when I arrived and walked me into the building to check out, return loaner key, and he brought my car around for me. Extremely helpful!

Based on our previous experiences with the former owner of this BMW dealership, we had switched to an Audi for the last 4 years. We hesitantly returned (having missed the BMW driving experience) to see if there were improvements. Our experienced salesperson, Brad Epstine, helped us quickly realize that we made the right choice. He was a pleasure to work with and we drove away with a car we hope to have for many years. Excellent service and sales experience. I brought my 2010 M6 in for service John Ramos my service advisor couldn't do enough to accommodate me.There was a recurring problem that one other BMW dealership could not rectify. Thanks to Hoffman it is now a past memory. I have purchased several autos in my lifetime and this was the most comfortable experience in memory. Lots of good and timely information available and no high pressure tactics (which I often find degrading). Everyone at the dealership was friendly, even those not part of the deal. Great teamwork.
