Visited for a recall. Along with addressing the recall item (airbag), the technician did a once over of the vehicle and gave us suggestions on additional repairs with no pressure to get them done right away. I really appreciated the heads up on the additional items. Service personnel are very professional and pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person.

This review is long overdue. As I am probably at BMW of Watertown at least one else or twice a week. The nature of my business has me dealing with parts and service. They have also been great with my own personal BMWs as well. Rich , John and Eric are always a pleasure. Knowledgeable on every level of theses cars. Things are done when promised and done correctly. Straightforward experience. Very engaged and knowledgeable. Very patient and fully supportive of multiple extended test drives. Has a roue that is well chosen to really bring out the BMW driving experience. 2016 BMW 550i with x-Drive and M-Sport package - picked up 2 weeks ago. Fourth car leased or purchased from this dealership - following a 2015 X6 50i (family car), 2013 X3 3.5i, and 2010 X5 5.0i. Other vehicle owned is a 2015 Toyota Tacoma (great truck). The service center staff are very responsive when I call. I have been there MULTIPLE times over the last three months trying to get a service issue resolved. The most frustrating part is having to wait for a loaner when you have to bring your vehicle in after only two or three days following your service appointment. Most times I am given the choice of an appointment two weeks out if I need a loaner vehicle; or an appointment within a day or two without a loaner vehicle. From the beginning to the end everything was handled in very polite and professional manner. Car was washed and vacuumed which I view as the "frosting" on the excellent cake.
