From the moment I walked in to the service door the customer service was fantastic. From the service dept. to the sales floor to accessories to checking out, everyone was exceptional.. I rate this service overall fantastic.

I want to start by saying that, in general, buying a car and dealing with car dealerships is very stressful for some of us. That was not the case at all this time around. Walking, I expected the typical service experience which I receive at every other BMW dealership, the "Sorry we can't tell you anything, bring your car in pay for diag, and pay for whatever it is that you need"... Overall my experience was very good at BMW of Watertown. Dennis Smith was able to assist me quickly and was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I already had a vehicle in mind when arriving at the dealership so this certainly made the process smoother and nothing took away from the ease of the sales process. I was having a minor issue regarding the battery in my car. Rich D'Avino was the person in sales that helped me and he made my whole experience surprisingly fast and easy!
