I've visited this dealership on two separate occasions for repairs. Each time I was met with prompt and courteous service. Rich worked extra hard to get me into a loaner as my car was going to be there for a bit. I really appreciated how straight forward they were when explaining the issue at hand. They proved me a quote for the repairs that was actually accurate! There were no hidden charges or surprises when I picked up my car! Ill certainly be back, even know there is another dealership much closer to my home.

I went to BMW for a lease. I worked with Dennis Smith and he was great. I told him I was going to Audi next and I even went to Mercedes. BMW was by far the best for service, vehicle, value and people. Highly recommend Dennis Smith.

Just replaced my 2008 328 coupe with a 2015 428 coupe. It was an easy transition working with such a knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. I wanted to buy a bmw 428ix. I went to North Haven BMW first. They did not even try to locate the car I want first and gave me a ridiculously high price. Then I went to Watertown BMW, where Dennis helped me locate the car and gave me a way lower price on it. After a bit of haggling between these two dealerships, Dennis offered the best price.
