Consistently strong customer service from this convenient Litchfield County dealer. Moved from a 2010 X5 to a 2013 X3 to a recently acquired 2015 X6 50 xdrive. Quality across the specturm with particualr recognition to the management team (Jeff Pearce) - making the paper work so smooth and effortless - and Geoff Baldwin who went out of his way to constantly keep me up to speed on details relating to my special order vehicle - and all things BMW! Very pleased and will use BMW of Watertown again.

I recently bought a 2015 BMW X5 from here and couldn't have nothing but good things to say. The sales rep Dennis was VERY responsive, knowledgable and fair. This is my second car purchased from BMW of Watertown. Mr. Pearce made the purchasing aspect a breeze. My salesman Dennis followed up with me multiple times, even after the sale was complete to make sure that I was happy with my car. I recently purchased a pre-owned X3 and was very satisfied with the service I received. I worked with Tom, who after listening to what I was looking for quickly found the car I wanted. Tom went though the entire car with me pre and post purchase and answered every question had. This was by far the best car buying experience I had.
