I recently purchased a 2015 BMW 328xi. The salesman who helped me purchase this car was named Geoffrey Baldwin. He was so professional and patient. He was very respectful and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Even upon purchase he sat with me very patiently and gave me a tutorial of my new car. Just bought an X3 from this dealership. The overall experience was excellent. They were completely upfront and honest about the pricing and also gave a fair deal on our trade-in. Our sales rep, Dennis Smith was extremely pleasant. We felt no pressure to buy, which was a very refreshing change compared to some other dealerships we have been to. Jeff in management went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied and the transaction was done in a timely manner.

We originally went looking for a car for my wife, since her car was at the end of her lease. After expressing some interest in a car that was on the showroom floor,Tom showed me the features and some other models as well.On that same day, he put together an attractive deal,and we ended up leasing 2 cars that day! Peter Keast and Thomas Zukowski were wonderful to deal with when buying my new X3.. Went to two other BMW dealerships but they did not provide the same service or transparency that I received at BMW of Watertown. Tom even got me a great gift! I highly recommend Peter, Tom , and BMW of Watertown.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Tom was the most knowledgeable salesperson we have ever dealt with, he knows his product inside and out. Jeff was extremely fair with the purchase price. As my husband said, it was the first time in 38 years he hasn't felt like he was "taken for a ride" when dealing with a dealership. Super experience!!!
