This is the 5th purchase for me from this location and by far this was the best delivery experience ever received. My CA presented all aspects of the vehicles features at a comfortable pace and taylored his instructions expertly to features that where new to me. It was a rewarding experience to drive home confidently with this insite.

Today I went for my encore presentation since I purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago. He really helped me understand my car fully. I thought I knew everything about my car until he got in and showed me all the things I didn't know. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My husband (Mike) bought a BMW from Tom back in June of 2014. Back them he told Tom that I'd be looking for a new car next spring and asked him to keep an eye out for a nice pre-owned 1 series convertible for me. The overall experience was fantastic. Tom is easily the nicest guy Ive met and did everything he could to make the deal work for both of us. When I decided to buy a new car, I did my research on line and narrowed down to two models. Even though I was clear that I only wanted a test drive, the dealerships tried to negotiate a deal. I searched the CT BMW dealers for the best price on a new X4 and pleasantly surprised at the offer provided by this dealership.
