Ian was referred to me by a coworker who purchased a vehicle from him. I came in with an x1 in mind. Ian showed me to an x1 right away to test drive it. Due to a very fast and complicated geographical move, I had a span of only 3 days to buy a car. Buying a new car can be a very intimidating experience, but not at BMW of Watertown. The sales people were straight up, honest, and friendly. I never felt like I was being hustled, which was the feeling I had suffered at another dealership. They are totally professional, and helped me with all my questions, and made me feel relaxed and ever so comfortable with the buying process. They also gave me a great deal on my car. I totally recommend them to everyone.
