"Impressed with Ottos" This is my 3rd BMW and my 2nd from Ottos. I am very impressed with Ian Martin and his handling of the purchase of my new car. Very personable and knowledgeable of the whole process. He works quickly and efficiently and always kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and building of my car. Also when I picked up my car it had its own room and note for me to see. Loved the whole experience.
