Dr. Phillips was warm, caring, and so knowledgeable! She was very helpful in the diagnosis of my cat and has furthered his life in a comfortable manner. We are so appreciative!

My American staffordshire dog woke up covered in red welts/hives. My primary vet was booked for weeks out at every location. I took the chance and called Burnham Park Animal Hospital who was able to make an appointment for the same day! Remarkable! I was able to stay with my pet the entire visit (instead of those silly drop off appointments, hate those). We saw Dr. James Antonicic who was enthusiastic, kind, and clearly knows his stuff. Amazing how corporate greed has overtaken this place. I put my cat Mason down this morning at BPAH, only to be told it was twice as much as quoted two weeks ago - for a group cremation. There were some unexplained charges on my bill, and when I asked, I was told it was for the Paw Plan on my cat - which is billed separately and always has been. I highly recommend taking your pet here. All of the staff are wonderful. Dr. Vlahos is amazing and always answers all of my questions and never seems impatient or annoyed when I have lots of them. They are also very responsive when I call or email with concerns. I feel very confident that my dog is receiving the best care here. Very professional and friendly environment. Dr. Jimenez was outstanding and answered all of my questions. I can tell they treat the animals with love and care in this hospital. One of the best vets in Chicago! My only complaint is parking sucks and the pricing for neutering was high but other than that, it's an amazing place for your pets.

First time visit because we just needed a quick check up for our cat. We called in and was able to get an appointment about 4 days out. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. We relocated so unfortunately won't be back but I would recommend them!
