We love BPAH. We have three dogs , all starting to be senior, and they have taken amazing care of them. Our boys have been treated here for about 5 years and always had only excellent care. We have seen every vet in the practice and truly appreciate their time, patience and calm approach to every issue. We have brought the boys here for everything for emergencies , regular check ups and boarding. They offer excellent care for boarding and feel good knowing they care for our boys like their own. Took a pet here for a check up, as it was the most convenient location in the neighborhood. The vet was very mild mannered and had good recommendations for a small problem with the pet's eyes. I treated as instructed and she's better! I see all kinds of pets go inside and have never heard anything negative from friends with dogs who go in for check ups or teeth cleanings. Would definitely recommend.
I've been taking my beagle puppy, Milo, here for almost a year, since I got him last December. We've had some issues with Milo getting sick, and BPAH has always been very responsive to our needs. Whether I call or email, I always get a response the same day. They have a great option where, rather than making an appointment, I drop Milo off in the morning and pick him up at the end of the day. There was an emergency in which my dog received a very deep cut on his neck. Dr. Miller quickly assessed the situation, explained everything to me, and repaired the skin wound. I received all the reassurance I needed that I made the right decision in bringing my dog in, and that he was going to be fine. The post-surgical instructions were clear. My parents have a wonderful little dog that they have cared for since I had "too many." I am a veterinary technician living and working in Colorado. During their regular visits, Adder comes along a for a plane ride and receives his annual vaccines and exams at the hospital where I work. AMAZING staff. I was late for my first appointment but they were very understanding and still helped me be seen right away. Dr. Miller was great! He did a wonderful job with the physical exam of my pet and answered all questions without feeling hurried or frazzled. Great facility.
Been taking my 2 little ladies here for 3 years. They don't hate going there so that is a plus. The vets are super nice and caring and they also are not crazy expensive. Really enjoy taking the girls here.
My friends dog had an emergency on a hectic Chicago weekend. After a frantic call to the vet, they were very accommodating and stayed open for us, even though it was quite past closing time. When we arrived with the dog, the vet and the staff took action immediately. We were in and out within 30 minutes - exam, procedure and medications and all instructions to care for the dog. Nothing but amazing words for this vet!! They take such amazing care of my baby! Dr. Clack is my primary vet and she has just been gods gift with my little baby! She updates us every step of the way and treats him as her own. She always makes herself available if we ever never need her no matter how last minute it is. Couldn't ask for a better vet!
