My 13 year old cat Katie was lethargic, eating little and a bit unsteady on her feet. I took her to Burnham Park for the first time and Dr. Clack was the attending vet. She reviewed various possible causes for her illness and did a full workup. Dr. Clack called me the following day (her day off) to inform me that the test results showed that Katie was dying from kidney failure. Burnham Park Animal Hospital always has great service. They are very respectful of my time, but the time with the vet never feels rushed. The staff is always extremely friendly and spends time living in my dog during the visit. I love Burnham Park Animal Hospital and I would highly recommend them for veterinary service in the city! Bonus points for validated parking in the garage across the street!

This is truly an animal hospital/clinic that cares for your pet. It is difficult when you have a sick pet, especially for the first time, and you read reviews, a person can get skeptical with knowing where to make an appointment because obviously, you want the best care. Don't hesitate, this facility is very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, Dr. Klack is so loving and patient. You will be very satisfied with the treatment your fur baby receives here.

I loved this vet. I have been here for both my cat and dog. My dog is a perfectly health corgi, while my cat is a problematic little jerk. Whether it be simple shots or a ruptured anal gland, every vet there is kind, compassionate, and capable! They talk to me like pet owner, not like a dollar sign. The front desk staff is also very kind! They always answer the crazy questions I have on the phone. Scheduling is a breeze.

I was visiting from California, and my labradoodle got an ear infection. I called, and they were able to fit me in. Everyone from the reception to the doctor was wonderful. Gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things and show me how to administer the medicine. I am totally impressed with their care!

I was very impressed with the doctors as well as the staff on my first visit. Like they say, first Impressions is everything. The doctor said that my dog needed surgery and promptly took action .They showed great communication skills before and after the surgery. The hospital took great care and showed much love to my dog for the few days that he was there. I dealt with 3 different doctors and all of them was patient. I highly recommend this hospital. THANKS AGAIN for taking care of my dog "Justice".

They offer extremely compassionate and thorough pet care. We have also found their staff great with humans, even going so far as to send us a casting of our late cat's paw prints upon her passing. This place is fantastic!

LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!! Dr B is GREAT, he even makes follow-up phone calls to check on Bear. We just moved from the north side in July and an so thankful to have found them.
