I was referred to Burnham Park Animal Hospital for my little three pound toy poodle. They are incredibly responsive, responsible and made me feel at ease with my new puppy. I'm a first-time dog owner and they were able to answer all my questions --- via phone, in person, and via email. I'd highly recommend Dr. Miller in particular too. Fabulous experience and I'd recommend BPAH to any of my friends.

Great doctors, helpful staff and well run office. The doctors are down-to-earth, extremely helpful and seem to genuinely care about their patients. My cat is 10 years old and I've taken her to other Vets that lack compassion and try to make as much money as possible by giving unneeded vaccinations or treatments. I'm fostering a rescue dog and I needed to get his vaccinations up to date since he was dropped at a shelter with no records. So, despite some pretty bad reviews on here, I took him to BPAH because it's one block over from my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service that I received from the reception, tech, and doctor. I found Dr. Clack and the staff to be very nice and welcoming. We've been customers of Burnham Park Animal Hospital for over ten years and have always received amazing service. The staff is friendly, attentive and caring. The doctors have GREAT bedside manner and always provide the best medical care for our dogs. We love Dr. Clack and the rest of the BPAH team!

Dr. Miller was great when my dog had an emergency situation - ate an article of clothing. BPAH watched the dog all day and gave me progress reports every couple of hours. No surgery was needed (whew!), but I felt better knowing that the vet kept me informed. Dr. Miller even followed up after our dog was back at home.

I have used this vet for the past year and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is very friendly and the vet is very personable and easy to talk to. They do a great job of being quick and efficient, my last visit was just to get some shots and they just took her in the back, gave her the shots and brought her right back. Our first contact with BPAH was in January of 2013. It was time for our beloved dog Harley to go to 'doggie heaven'. I've previously given them a rave review. We recently added two puppies to our family. Again, BPAH was our Veterinary of preference. First, the phones are answered promptly. Carrie and Lara are professional and concerned. I've taken all of my pets to BPAH and now that my animals are elderly they are the only docs that I would trust. Dr. B is the best! His is very upfront with regard an animal's health, no unnecessary tests, etc. Dr. Clack is always very thorough and caring. Dr. Miller is also a great addition to the team with his ER background. The entire staff is very supportive and sympathetic to your animal's needs. This is the best group in town and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Angela M.P.

I love the docs over at BPAH. They are so attentive, and we never have to wait to see the docs. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they are always so patient and take the time to answer all my questions. The prices are reasonable too, and they have never tried to push treatments or tests on me.
