They are always helpful and take time to explain. You can walk in during regular business hours without an appointment if you have an emergency.

So thankful I live so close to Burnham Park Animal Hospital! I've been going here a couple years now. I love Dr. Olson -- she is so sweet with my cats. Just last week one of my babies swallowed some fabric and became very ill, needing surgery. BPAH made time to see him right away. It's been a really stressful week, but Dr. Olson and the staff at BPAH follows up every couple days and has made sure my cat's healing is on track. I am very thankful that I found this place. It is is my neighborhood (which is important to me since I don't have a car and I do have a sick animal.) The entire staff was very kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I agree that they are a little bit expensive but, in my experience, everything in this neighborhood is fairly expensive and good medical treatment -- for humans and animals -- is often pricey.

So thankful to have found this clinic. One of our cats had gotten into a fight with the other and log story short, there was a wound that I was unaware of and it had gotten to a point of needing medical intervention. Apparently this is a common thing with cat bites, but regardless, I was very concerned about our cat's health. I went here out of desperation. I had just got a rescue dog, and had already taken her in to our regular vet (out of state) for a check up. After bring our new dog home, we learned that she had severe anxiety. She cried all the time and ate anything in sight. We needed to establish a vet in the area and find out if there were any doggie meds we could put our dog on to ease her anxiety, as we had already everything else. This is a great animal hospital. Dr. b has been our vet for many years and has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to take amazing care of our bulldog who had numerous health problems. Extremely caring and helpful office!

It's a good thing this place is conveniently located to me because it is a GREAT animal hospital! The front desk staff is helpful and the prices are very reasonable (if you own a pet/want to own a pet, do your research on associated costs!). I see Dr. Olson and cannot recommend her enough-- she explains things thoroughly and genuinely cares about the animals. Also: she called my cat "handsome", so he's a huge fan.

We love our vet Dr. Clack. She is practical, humane, and a very good doctor. Mostly, she is a very nice person and she takes great care of our beloved dog. If you live in the neighborhood, you should try her,
