I originally took my car there and was quoted for a 2 day turn around for a fender bender. My driver side fender was dented and it was to be replaced and repainted. It took 7 days because a "few" plastic pieces were broken. After getting my car back I get inside and my heater knob rubber was ripped it looked like a razor blade had cut it. This is going to be a long review, because I want future potential customers to know what they're dealing with. I wish I had checked yelp prior to choosing them. Myself and my four children and a dog are on a two month road trip. Four days into our trip, I backed into a cement wall causing quite a bit of damage to my Toyota Sequoia. Camelback Collision are nothing but crooks. I had a comprehensive loss. Someone tried to steal my car and broke the window and damaged the interior. My insurance company had me take it to Camelback Collision for an estimate. The total insurance estimate was over $1000, including $300 for replacing the broken glass along with replacing two cosmetically damaged interior pieces, One interior part alone cost $700. I took my car here after an accident. I got hit from behind and needed my bumper fixed. I was referred but the service was horrible. Mike, was rude and useless. I revived my car with no oil in my engine. Then they claim it was not their fault. They had my car 3 weeks and said he had no oil leaks any where. BAD. Recommended by insurance and took my van there for body work after an accident. Got my van back, it was raining that day, no one checked off the repairs with me before I left. Next day I noticed they missed a spot. I took it back and they reviewed pictures they took and said they missed it. I was told they'd call me once they contacted the insurance . I'm so frustrated with this place! I used them previously and had a great experience, so when I needed my car repaired again it was the fist place I went. The customer service has been TERRIBLE, and I was quoted for a repair that went from $165, to $500 and now I'm told over $3,000! I can choose to not pay for the additional repair but then my car will not come back to me and have correct placement on the front bumper. Really!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Avoid these Shysters at all cost. The sad thing is they were recommended to me by my State Farm agent. I have informed State Farm to not recommend Camelback Collision in the future.

I thought the customer service, facility, process and people were great! Just one problem, trying to push a crap paint job out the door to me is insulting. NO quality assurance that I can see at all. It really is just amazing to me that nobody saw the huge runs in the paint on my bumper. This was an easy repair, paint a new truck bumper and put it on.
