This place may seem like a great service but they are terrible. I unfortunately dropped my car off with them and was told I would receive text message updates on my car. I received nothing. After calling them at the two week mark I was cold transferred to a rep who was working on my car..no answer. Left a VM. She called back and asked for my claim number and I gave it to her and said I would hear from her in the coming days. I took my Ford Fusion to Camelback Collision Center on Friday October, 8, 2015 for and estimate. I had run into a brick mailbox and my left front end looked like it had some pretty bad damage. The State Farm representative was not in and all other service writer's were out at a meeting so I could not get an estimate that day. I was told my rep would be back on Monday and they took pictures and told me he would write the estimate on Monday the 11th. I did not receive one. I emailed him with no response. Very rude and very unpleasant & very unprofessional! Kriscia & Martha both the worst treatment and service I have ever experienced. Those two women shouldn't even have a job! After an accident you would expect someone to call you back to start service specially after faxing estimates over 3 times and waiting for a phone call back. I would never recommend this Collision Center to anyone. I thought I was safe to bring my 2014 Camry here. I was so excited to get my car back after 2 weeks. I showed up to find a noticeable area that looked as though someone forgot to sand down an area. It was bumpy and the seam from the trunk to the rear quarter panel was so far apart. Door scuff from accident and the bottom molding not touched. The inspector this day was way off. I refused it. Worst place to ever bring your car. I didn't even have to pay because it was going through insurance of the person who hit my car and I still will never bring a car to this shop. Cynthia at front desk has biggest attitude and could care less about the customer. My advisor was Jerry Sr. And he was horrible and I had to do His job for him, the manager was even worse also named Jerry. Trying to get a hold of the receptionist here to make an appointment is harder than trying to find Osama Bin Laden. At least Bin Laden was found, I still have yet to hear any response from this establishment. Apparently, there's only one person you can talk to to make an appointment and she never picks up her phone. I end up playing phone tag with her voicemail for days on end. During our recent visits we have be unhappy with the way this business is ran. After our car was brought here by our insurance company we were asked to come in to the place to go over what they found wrong. Living 30 mins away we asked what and why would this be of any benefit? It was a complete waste of time. Once work had started it took them a month to complete. After the car was returned it was retuned with a bent rim and a hole in the AC condenser that any one who should/would have checked these things would have seen. ... read more

They promised they would have my car fixed in under 30 days from massive hail damage. Instead, they had it for 45 days. I had to pay for two weeks of car rental out of pocket because they took so long, then it wasn't fixed right, and I finally had to have my insurance agent step in to force them to do the job right. Very unprofessional, and I will never bring them my business again.
