My daughter and I just had a horrible experience with Camelback Collision on 7th street @ Highland in Phoenix.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! They are very rude with horrible customer service skills....smdh After reading the reviews below, clearly I'm not the only one!!! They need to close shop, racist bastards!! Trust me they do not deserve a one but Yelp made me rate them!!
They have had my car for 3 weeks now. They told me a week ago they had the estimate done. My insurance company still does not have it. I will never send a car here again. The place is slow and they lied to me about the estimate already being sent in. Three weeks is just not acceptable.
I just came back from Camelback Collision Center. I first need to tell my story from the beginning. My car was sideswiped by a city bus. The only damage to my car was the passenger sideview mirror. Fraudulent and Incompetent would be the simplest way to sum up the entire experience. From the start it was plagued with issues that, looking back now, were red flags. The estimator I met with provided an initial estimate to straighten the rear bumper of my truck, she then followed up with a revised estimate before my truck was even in the shop that was considerably higher. After getting my car fixed here after a crash. I noticed it was still driving funny. Took it to another shop and it turns out the control arm was never fixed and the car was still very dangerous to drive.
Worst service ever. I had a door replaced which took 2 weeks. When I came home I had more damage on my car that wasn't even an issue prior. The company scratched my window, broke 2 pieces of trim panel, stained my seat covers. They did stand behind it and fixed everything but it took 2 months. Then 2 weeks after it was all said and done my door handle breaks and I can't open the door. Crossing my fingers something still doesn't go wrong in the future for the crappy work they did. Worst service I've ever seen!!
This place has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My car had been with them for a month and a half. Now it's understandable that there was an enormous amount of work that needed to be done, but being updated about the progress of the car was non-existent. I would call them almost daily and get a promise that my adviser "Tim" would call me back when he gets a chance. Once speaking to "Tim" he would give me the updates on my car. Horrible customer service. Jerry (the Manager) is a joke! Took almost six weeks for completion of our car for completion. Had to bring it back twice when they said it was completed and they said the problems were a "coincidence" and not related to the accident. I pushed on this and guess what--they ended up fixing them and not a mention again that they were a coincidence. They are crooks and not to be trusted. Do not bring your car here --- you will be sorry. Horrible experience!!
This place is the worst. Never take your car there. I took my car there we negotiated a $500 deductible for them to pay and they did not honor that. It took them an extra five weeks . To do the work after the original time allowed it. No communication Tim is the worst and so is the manager. Shawn snow.
