Beware! This dealership will sell a car that you're test driving out from under your nose to somebody else. Called in looking for the new Sportage and talked to a salesman named Julian. He said he had one on the lot and if I can get there within the day he'd give me a great deal on it so he could make his monthly bonus. Took my K900 in as there are several things going wrong with it. Steering locks up intermittently at slow speeds, cruise control will just stop working when set for a couple miles, all electrical power will just go off and the car goes into neutral while driving, and power will go out when turning off and car won't start. Brought to Kia camelback 267$ later they say they couldn't find a problem. (Diagnosis and oil change) I have had the car now for about a week and the problems still occur. Took my K900 in as there are several things going wrong with it. This place is not a good business. I've had previous bad experiences, but this time I got a coupon in the mail from them so I thought I'd give it one more shot. It was a oil change coupon and it said they charged extra for synthetic oil. That fine, so I call and ask a service advisor how much more. They tell me $15 more. So I schedule an appointment and I get here and now they want to charge me $35 more than the coupon. This place just can get things right. Won't try this place again, with or with a coupon. 4 hour oil change. I think they used car for some reason, every mirror had changed, even rear view mirror, seat positions, and even adjusting steering wheel. Bathroom closed. Would not honor their coupons, "they always use synthetic oil and coupon doesn't include synthetic. But they say they will "make me a deal" (bait and switch) Tried hard to upsell ​services NOT included in schedule of services found in owners manual. Like: break fluid change, valve\top flush?

I wish i could give them no stars!! Do NOT get your service maintenance done here unless you want to leave with something broken and they try to make YOU pay for it. I was told they were going to do a quick car check up that would be an hour, waited 7 hours, each time they would give me a different issue! I left the dealership with a completely broken window or an option to pay $700 for what THEY BROKE. I have been to every Kia dealership from Tucson-Phoenix and this has been the WORSE one. DONT GO THERE!
