Do NOT get an oil change here! I was on a work trip and all my oil spilled out of my car on the freeway. I had to tow my car to the nearest dealership and they said they my oil cap was loose and THIS Camelback Kia dealership did not close it properly. My car is a 2022 Kia Seltos and they could have destroyed my engine! I had just gotten my oil changed and I called all departments of Kia camelback to discuss the issue and they sent all my calls to voicemail immediately as well as the El Cajon Kia Dealership! By far the worst dealership experience my first oil change only took 4hours to get done with an appointment. Now i go in for a check engine light and a supposed recall on my front rotors which Armando told me from my previous visit. I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Optima SE in late March of this year. Everything was great until the 4th of July i was on my way back from Cali and my car just started to aggressively shake, decelerated and we were stuck in the middle of the desert. Luckily we were by a small city. Unfortunately we had to get my car towed to the nearest city there in california. The vehicle smelt like burned fuel and smoke was coming out the back. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Camelback Kia is by far the worst car dealership I have tried to work with. We were duped into thinking we would be able to bring home our dream car after a previous family backed out on it, but after three weeks of waiting for our "ready to bring home" vehicle, multiple problems arose. The overall environment within that facility was extremely unprofessional - vulgar conversations lingered in the background, making our experience all the more unpleasantly memorable.
