I wish i could give them no stars!! Do NOT get your service maintenance done here unless you want to leave with something broken and they try to make YOU pay for it. I was told they were going to do a quick car check up that would be an hour, waited 7 hours, each time they would give me a different issue! I left the dealership with a completely broken window or an option to pay $700 for what THEY BROKE. I have been to every Kia dealership from Tucson-Phoenix and this has been the WORSE one. DONT GO THERE!
The service advisors here don't seem like they enjoy what they do. I now take my vehicle elsewhere for service and it's serviced a lot faster and with better customer service

Restrooms are nasty, waiting room furniture in poor shape. No car pamphlets to view. Scheduled a oil change came in was told it'll be 4 hours. Had to reschedule. Always an experience at this location

worst customer service..we have been trying to get the title to the car my son paid off in march. kia finance after complaing to attorney general and bbb stated they maile to camelback kia in august tracking number show they signed for it on 8.24. tried calling 5 times calls never returned finalky friday spoke to someone and she said cant locate even though d.donnie signed for it at 8:50 am and told me to request kua finance to reorder. i asked to speak to gm and she said busy promise to call back we know that is a lie he... read more

Had recently bought a car from there. I was told it only needed a set of new tires in the front and a battery well turns out the only thing they did was replace the battery I waited two weeks for just a new battery which I could've done myself my front tires are almost completely bald I have a knock the car was delivered with no coolant and it was leaking out of the radiator hose. I don't know what's going on with this dealership but I highly do not recommend it no one knows what they're doing the service is terrible I just... read more
