BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Camelback Kia is by far the worst car dealership I have tried to work with. We were duped into thinking we would be able to bring home our dream car after a previous family backed out on it, but after three weeks of waiting for our "ready to bring home" vehicle, multiple problems arose. The FTC has proposed a rule change (Link Below) that would leave Camelback Kia and many other dealerships in the valley without a business plan. I was blatantly lied to about market adjustments until about an hour into the buying process, and pushed for thousands of dollars in miscellaneous fees and services that are outlined in this document as "deceptive pricing." STAY AWAY-BUYER BEWARE-NO HONOR AT THIS COMPANY-ABSOLUTELY DO NOT buy a vehicle from Camelback Hyundai -Kia - Toyota or any of the other lots affiliated with them. Their sales team constantly changes (probably bc they are hiding and dont want to run into anyone they have screwed) and they are all about selling cars to you, they dont want anything to do with you if you have a problem, or if you are taking your car in for service. I inquired about a car a couple of months ago. I changed my mind on upgrading my car. I've received 5 phone calls from camelback Kia regarding a new car and not even five minutes ago i received ANOTHER call. I've repeated myself multiple times and asked to be taken off of a call list. person hung up before i finished my sentence. I will contact the FCC if i receive another phone call after requesting to be removed. I'd also like to point out, that the last phone call has me NEVER wanting to do business with Camel Back Kia. Made an Appointment with Luis to come in around 8am today 6/10 to look at a used 21 Hyundai Elantra. The Night before I made sure to verify the car was still on premise, that it had gone thru inspection and was ready to purchase as I was ready to buy. Mike the sales manager verified car went thru inspection and was ready to purchase.
