Absolutely terrible experience with the service department. I made an appointment 10 days in advance, arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment for a routine oil change. After two hours, when they knew I was waiting, I went to check, only to find out they had not touched my vehicle. Absolutely no apology and no accountability. Will never go back.

I Own a repair Facility not even 3 miles away and every time i order parts its like 6 hrs to deliver a part with parts that they have in stock. and i understand if i order late its hard to get the parts deliver but you call at 9am don't think it should take that long

This is what exactly happened to me last month on a 2021 Kia k 5 Gt line online price was 30,881 and they made me put down 2,000 and then they added come back about paint protection for 3,000 and put the door price was 38,000. They did the paperwork sketchy the salesman in the back name Anthony. I do not recommend this place at all wor experience ever got ripped off for $8000 more than the car's market value which was going for 30,882.....

Bunch of clowns, Ariel and Howard tried to rip me off with a $16,000 markup on an EV6 Kia model, unprofessional way to handle business besides offering absurd prices for a new car. Don't waste your time here and try a different Kia that does business with MSRPs only

Last night I contacted the dealership through the web to ask if a car was available. I promptly recieved an email that it was; did I want to come in that evening or the next day to view it? So, via email, I made an 8:30am appt. with the sales person to view it. He confirmed our appointment. It took us 45 minutes to drive to Camelback Kia We arrived and I asked for the sales person.
