Get directionsI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Not clean Look like hospital rooms Staff take too long to respond. Not timely on hygiene care Not helpful to someone who doesn’t speak English Do not encourage activities though patient able
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident If I could have rated this facility below a 1 I would have. My loved one had two falls while in the facility, one resulting in an ER visit, the other with a possible fx, no one called to report the first fall, terrible communication, staff unresponsive to patient needs, administrator took me to someone else office when I went to complain to him about the care, no follow up. Caution if you are putting your loved ones in this facility. The only good thing was the physical th... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Placed a family member there and she was seriously injured on the first day. That was two years ago and the impact is still being felt. Avoid!
Other my Mom passed out while she was there and I was never notified until I visited and inquired why she had an IV. Shortage of help at facility . The facility house physician NEVER returned any calls I left with his office. Look elsewhere !
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident the rooms where dirty, stains of who knows what on the curtain. ceiling leaking in several areas when it rained(mold) my loved one left worse than when she went in. she had a sever diaper rash from being left in urine and dirty diaper. She was not dressed and was left in bed all day. we did her care because there not aid to be found. he food tray was left on a table out her reach. We got her out ASAP. She would have gotten really sick there.
I am/was a resident of this facility Terrible for staff. terrible for patients. Website is way nicer than the facility itself. Experience, food, staff, care, rooms were bad within the first hour there. Therapy was probably the best department. I am not even a staff member and I can tell you--- if u take care of ur staff your patients will be better. If I could give no stars I would. Evening aid as disgustingly rude in front of family and patient. Basically forced back to bed. Understaffing does NOT mean BAD SERVICE
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Although this facility is beautiful, that is the only thing positive about it. The staff is unhelpful, unfriendly and uncaring. When I asked the receptionist where my relative’s room was, she pointed in the direction of rooms and said “right up there.” The nurse that was assigned to my relative was extremely rude. Lack of staff, 10 patients to one nurse! Totally understaffed. Horrible, Care One NOT!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Though beautiful and with some kind staff, Hanover is grossly understaffed. Some apathetic employees choose to “change diaper” rather than bring patient to toilet. My brother fell while there. He is conversant and no man should have to pee on himself. He went unshaven for days because “we have no razors” His nails never clipped. I never saw him out of bed and in a chair. Food care was very good. One aide, Jasmine, is excellent. Others are unfriendly or impatient. They need... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Run don’t walk . This place should be shut down by the state. Had my mom there for subacute rehab. She has dementia & 3 strokes. She was left in wheelchair for hours. They do not care about your lab work ups. I had them call the ambulance after I noticed her labs were off. She spent 14 days in hospital dehydrated- low sodium - very low glucose level.
