I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Go anywhere but here. The place is dirty, bugs on floors, food is deplorable and staff do not care one iota.

I visited this facility The service at this facility leaves a lot to be desired. The staff does not attend to the needs of the patient in a timely manner. For the first twenty-four hours of my wife's stay, we found that the staff is not as attentive to the patients' needs as they ought to be. One of the problems is that the facility is understaffed and this may be the reason why the service is not efficient.

I visited this facility Upon first entry I was happy and impressed but as my mother stayed there, I realized issues. First off most of the staff is incredibly unfriendly. We had an issue with a nurse that left my mom dirty around a surgical site and she ended up getting a horrible infection. The nurse was arrogant about it, and unapologetic. When I went to the director via email she said we would have a meeting and when she saw me in person several times she ignored me and walked the other way. The rooms are filthy. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident No medications on time. No help to be found. Rooms filthy. Rude and clueless staff. Gross tasting food. Just leave family in bed all day.

I visited this facility Hello, I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment with your establishment. I am a family member of a patient placed at your facility, who is horrified by the actions and behavior of “director of rehab.” I was witness to your DOR cutting down your staff in front of patients, swearing, and overall bring a lack of professionalism and compassion to your rehab. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident No real nursing care beyond med needs and vitals. Loved one fell twice and admitted to the hospital as a result, ultimately sent home with an awful untreated ulcer and they didn't tell us about it.

I am/was a resident of this facility The nursing staff during the days were quite good. The overnight shift left a lot to be desired. But the administration are a bunch of money hungry, greedy individuals. They submitted my bill that was already paid 5 months ago, to a collection agency, lowering my credit score by 40 points. I have called more than 5 times, but the current administrator will not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call, let alone clear up the mess that they created with the collection agency. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was prescribed 12 different meds to the point of slumping and incoherent. Her room was woefully outdated, rug dirty etc. An overwhelming smell upon entry of building.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident mother has been there for 2 months every time i visit she is in same clothes and dirty the lady in business office is just worried about getting paid she is always outside smoking but when medicare is paying for the first 100 days and lucie charged me 3 separate times over 11000 a month place is disquisting please do not ever put any one in this dump not even your worse enemy all now im going to wright a letter to the bbb about every thing that i have seen
