A family member resided at CareOne 15 years ago. Through the years the community attended to all her needs. It provided residents with stimulating mental and physical activities. The food menu varied daily offering a choice of items three times a day. Outside entertainment was frequently brought in for the benefit of residents. In many ways my family member was contented to be with CareOne.
My mother moved in in May, and it has been a pleasant, very attentive staff and the move in process was great with [name removed]. Would highly recommend, my mother has found a second family with CareOne!
My father moved in after being at the rehab, we love the community! The renovated room is perfect, my Dad is so happy and loves the staff and residents. He is a social butterfly again!
[Name removed] was an excellent host; we appreciated the information she shared and the time she spent with us. Symphony is a brand new facility (currently 9 mo old). The building is very attractive, resident rooms are spacious, the ratio of caregivers to residents it good, the list of activities is varied, the food ir given high marks, and the other amenities seem very good. My brother has a friend whose wheelchair bound father is very happy here.

Harmony is the only memory care facility that separates residents into neighborhoods based on cognitive ability. This is done to provide the residents with a calm experience in daily life. I recently had my family member stay at Harmony for a Respite stay and the staff made us feel welcome and part of the family from the first day. The apartments are beautiful and the programs and food were exceptional. We may have only stayed for a few weeks but from our experience we will be back.
My Mom has been there 3 times direct from the hospital next door. Average stay was over a month. I have to say after seeing what she went thru in 2 other facilities this place was by far the best. [name removed] the director goes out of his way to help if you have any questions or problems. The staff was friendly and responsive. The activities were plentiful and engaging. Even the food was good.
My 90 year old father spent a few weeks at Care One Wayne. It is not perfect, but what facility is. Over all they treated my father well. The social workers and PT workers were helpful and kind.
My mother recently died after living at CareOne Moorestown Assisted Living for over 6 1/2 years. The staff is exceedingly caring and this made a huge difference in her quality of life. Although there is no such thing as perfect, CareOne came about as close to this as you can get. The facility is set on a lovely suburban campus next door to a horse stable, so we were able to watch horseback riders from her back window.
