Very nice. I felt most confident in their ability to handle dad's required level of care. Expensive and does not fit mom's needs for memory care.
Staff is great and trying their best, the problems are in doctors who are visiting this facility, unproductive and unresponsive.... administration should be more careful in selection of the doctors. But the stuff, nurses and CNA are really great.
Just recently had my great aunt who I care for at home stay at CareOne moorestown for rehab and they took care of her with with white gloves, I was truly impressed! I’ve never experienced anything like this a was confused and with the process and they made me feel comfortable from the hospital stay to the discharge at CareOne as well to going home. Harmony Village was a perfect place for our family to place our father in good hands. We signed my father up as a resident in Harmony Village at the end of January. They were literally putting the touch up paint on the walls. My mom and I were given a tour of the facility by [Name removed] . My dad is 90 years old and has been getting progressively weaker. After a fall at home he was taken to the hospital. Luckily nothing was broken but he was in bed for 2 weeks with various health issues. My sister and I did not think he would ever recover any of his strength and mobility. Very nice place and the first that offered 24/7 nursing on site!
We called ahead to let [name removed] know we were running late and she was very gracious. She greeted us with fruit and cookies when we arrived. It was hard for my sister to conceptualize the facility since we only had room layouts and photos. My nephew and I were a little disappointed that all levels of dementia would be together I know that many families are reluctant to place someone earlier in their dementia and I think this could make the transition more difficult for my sister. The entire process from touring to discharging home was a positive experience. The employees are very warm, compassionate and informative. I was greeted by all of the Department Heads upon my admission and they reviewed all my medications, therapy that would be provided and plans for me to return home healthy and safe. The atmosphere was wonderful and I enjoyed the food immensely. I would recommend this rehab center to anyone in need.
CareOne at Wayne is a lovely community with lots to offer their residents including a sub acute nursing floor if needed. The resident family contact was amazing and very knowledgeable. She went way out of her way to help me with my search and help find a place for my Mom.
