I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My wife was at CareOne King James, and it was OK. The place was relatively new, clean, and easily accessible (maybe a little too easy). The food was also OK. She was there for about 36 hours only. I found her walking around the halls when I got there the next morning, and they had not given her medication. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This facility has to be one of the most awful places I have ever been too. I have told nurse Asia that my mother was left in soiled clothing all day and she did nothing about it. My mother developed a decubiti as a result. I placed a mark on her sheet to see how often they were changing her linens. They didn't change her sheets for 2 days. The nurses and aides are useless. Other Here I am again, Linda Evans, back again at Redstone Rehab for my 2nd full knee replacement. Not all the nurses that work at this facility are actually employed by Redstone. A fact I did not know previously. The nurse, Pat, who calls herself Trish, whose responsibility it was to see to my care last night, September 17, 2021 from 4 to 11 PM, is such a worker. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE Therapy not given daily Patient sits in urine soaked sheets & clothes for hours No attendance by staff when patient calls for help The patient left in a week in worse shape than how he started Was told patient had pneumonia and when brought to hospital ER no pneumonia was found

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was a resident at CareOne Cresskill rehab on more than one occasion. The latest admission was in January 2020 for rehab after a routine hip replacement. My mother contracted COVID when she was at CareOne and in isolation for an extended time. I can't even speak of that time - it is one that still brings me nightmares. My mother had two falls at CareOne and neither should have been able to happen and she never walked again because of the damage done by those falls... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The Nurses and staff are very Rude and Uncaring about the patients. my mother was in a room where her roommate fell. My mother pushed the call button for 20 minutes trying to get help for the woman. she finally had to walk into the hall to look for somebody to help. they are very disrespectful to the patients and family members. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident It might be only a short time I'm dealing with this facility, but within 20 hours they managed to commit 3 medication errors. One of the medication is life sustaining. The facility itself looks good but the Nursing care is less than adequate. It would be nice if these facility would pay a decent salary so they could hire trained people and provide good and safe care to their patients. I am a Nurse myself and have some insight. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother-in-law was left to the mercy of fate during her few weeks of post-op rehab. Some of the staff members were rude in answering our phone calls- the only way to communicate during pandemic with no visitation by family members.
