We are very happy with my mother's stay at CareOne! The staff are sure to cater to my mother's needs and teh facility is nice! There are also many healthy food options for my mother to choose from. Overall, this is a very nice facility!
I am not crazy about the place. The people who dispense the medications are not always on time. My loved one is not happy with the food as well. If it was not for the $4000 start up fee that we already paid, we would be moving.
So far it has been a decent experience for us at this community. i would say they have great activities available for the residents. Overall it is a expensive community, but she is doing okay.
Very nice facility with nice amenities. The larger one bedroom would be nice, but I would prefer two adjoining studio apartments to give my parents more space. Good onsite medical care.
I toured CareOne at the Cupola along with a few more and I think they were all good. The lady that took me on the tour was very nice and professional, she had information ready for me. Every candidate looking for assisted living is different and has their own needs. I found another facility that fit my mother's needs best.
I like this community for the care for my mom. The staff is nice and caring. This community is very clean and that is a good feeling. The meals need some improvements. They do offer improvements to the residents that want to participate. This is a good value for the good care that is received We would recommend this community to other families
CareOne at Hamilton was okay, but it was too commercial. It was more of an office feel. It would not have been a good fit for my mother.
I thought this place could use some improvements that I noticed during my tour. There was an odd smell throughout the entire place that just did not sit right with me as well as much needed updates in the property. The patients also did not look very lively, they all seemed very lethargic and depressed. It was just not the right place for my mother.
CareOne Assisted Living in Livingston NJ should be re-named to "Care for EVERYONE Assisted Living”! They are not just there for my 91 year old mom, but they are there for the entire family. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and personal service each and every one provided to our family, but most of all to my mom.
