I am/was a resident of this facility The nursing staff during the days were quite good. The overnight shift left a lot to be desired. But the administration are a bunch of money hungry, greedy individuals. They submitted my bill that was already paid 5 months ago, to a collection agency, lowering my credit score by 40 points. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This facility was like being in a nightmare. My father was here for only a week before we transferred him out. The rooms are filthy; smell like urine. There is a clear lack of aides and nurses are almost impossible to find. This was before Covid (Jan 2020). My father who had dementia was left unattended in the dining area (wearing his hospital gown) with a tray of food in front of him. He was unable to feed himself and was left alone to figure it out. After about two days in she started getting confused and have hallucinations. We told a nurse that this is not her & something is wrong. Was told they will contact the doctor to run test. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Many of the staff are just there for a paycheck! The food is horrible, the residents are given their meds whenever the staff gets around to it, they wait hours to go to the bathroom…just deplorable. How this place is paid is beyond me. If I had another option, I would take it. Working on it now. LTCO and DOH have been alerted to the inhumane treatment. Disgusting!

Asking our loved one to wear depends because they were ringing for the aides at night to get help going to the bathroom?!?! Why would you feed a high blood pressure patient salt filled food at every meal? Our loved one broke out in a salt rash, been salt free for 12 years?!?!?
