This is a high-impact, greenfield opportunity for a strategic seller who thrives on opening new accounts, developing executive relationships, and closing complex, high-value healthcare opportunities. You'll own a defined territory and work directly with executives at some of the region's largest healthcare organizations, helping them transform patient experience and engagement through AI.
You'll be responsible for building and executing a territory strategy, creating pipeline through targeted prospecting, and leading complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
If you're energized by winning strategic accounts, selling transformational technology, and building relationships with senior healthcare executives, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close across the TOLA region.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring large, complex healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and relationship development.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers across healthcare organizations, including C-suite, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and key business leaders.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations that align Birdeye's AI platform to customer business objectives.
- Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals that demonstrate measurable customer impact.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to advance strategic opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning within Salesforce.
- Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare market, competitive landscape, and customer needs across the TOLA territory.
- Serve as a strategic voice in shaping Birdeye's healthcare sales motion and continued growth in the market.
requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with significant experience selling into enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated success consistently exceeding quota while closing complex six- and seven-figure opportunities.
- Proven experience selling into healthcare organizations, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, dental organizations, or other multi-location healthcare businesses.
- Strong track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new logo business.
- Experience owning and developing a geographic territory.
- Executive presence with experience engaging VP, SVP, C-suite, and other senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling ROI-driven business cases.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with AI, Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, Reputation Management, CRM, or adjacent SaaS platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the TOLA region as needed.
