Love the staff, PA's and the Physicians here. They are always extremely helpful and truly care about your pets. And even though they are incredibly busy, they still do take the time to get back to you and discuss follow ups and changes. I referred many people to this location and they have been really happy as well. I also switched my dogs Dentist as they tried to charge a fortune for teeth cleaning and Caring Hands puts a cap on the total, (even if they have to do extractions). It's truly a lifesaver! I have taken my cat here for years and have always found the drs and vet techs very helpful and interested in my cats well being. I did take away a star because they have recently decided not to validate prescriptions with Chewy. I don't know why they made this change but Chewy now says I have to snail mail the handwritten prescription in. I don't know why you cause this additional administrative work for your patients humans.

Very compassionate and loving this place is. they helped me get through grieving my pet. I recommend this place to anyone.
I give the vet's and vet assistants 5 stars. They are great. The admin staff? Zero stars. They never answer the phone. And on the rare occasion they do answer, they could not care less if they tried. It's so frustrating trying to talk to them. Particularly in an urgent situation. They caused me extreme duress when one of my pups was suffering and needed end of life care. We recently had to part ways with our vet of a decade as they were bought by a large corporation and we started encountering a lot of quality and honesty issues. It's intimidating to find a new vet when you have senior dogs, but we ended up at Caring Hands and have been impressed so far. Caring Hands with Dr. Caroline Schmelter has been incredible since we adopted our little Bean in March. Bean is an older cat with some issues and is nervous being poked for labs/vaccines or having her head examined. Dr. Schmelter and each veterinary technician who has cared for Bean does so with such grace and compassion. Each individual at the front desk is equally as caring as the aforementioned team.
