I was running away from my old vet "Colonial animal hospital" due to the rude secretary and mediocre care and fell upon this gem. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted extremely warmly and the two front desk personnel could not be more friendlier and helpful. They had a welcome sign for my pet and listened to all of my concerns for my pet. Within 5 minutes I was escorted into a clean and nice smelling room by an extremely vet tech named Olivia. Brought my dog Bella in yesterday for her annual exam and rabies shot and the staff was wonderful! Dr. Wells and her assistant Amber were great!

Everyone was nice and patient, it was my first time here. The front desk ladies were very nice and funny, love to see that energy! The nurses and veterinarian was nice and gentle with my doggy, love seeing that. Love everyone there.

I love all of the caring hands animal hospitals. I'm going to leave a review on the Glebe locations page too. I bounce between locations depending on how quickly I need to get in to see a vet for one of my fur babies. No matter what location I'm at the staff is always friendly! I love that they always call and check up on your babies after the visit to a few days later. It gives you time to think of any questions or if they aren't doing well you have someone to talk to. Definitely recommend this vet!

Fortunately, I don't have to take my dog in too often but the vets always remember her. They are always very kind and gentle with her and they take great care with her. It's a bit of a hike for me to get there from where I live, there are vets who are closer to my home, but I appreciate CHAH staff and doctors so much it's worth it to go a little out of my way.

Took my cat here yesterday for his annual. The staff was so sweet. They call the next day to ask about your pet! Also, for budget reasons, I was stuck between nail clippings and a distemperment shot and the doctor said it's more important for the vaccine and gave me complimentary nail trimmings. I was so grateful and my cat was so calm during the entire thing. Highly recommend

I want to start off by saying that we have been taking our Old English Bulldogs to them for a couple years now but my latest experience was one I had to share and write a review on. My oldest dog ( 9 yrs old) had been having some GI trouble for the past 2 weeks and then he started to not eat much, which was a big indicator that something wasn't right. I have been bringing my cat here for many years and this review is long overdue. I have had only good experiences here.The staff and Doctors are very professional and pleasant. They take care of the required shots, give her a full exam and some times recommended some tests but never use hard sell or scare tactics. They even let me leave her in their care after her appointment so I could walk up to Hair Cuttery and also do some shopping. thank you for making my day that much easier. We will be back!
