Cannot say enough good things about this vet. The staff here are wonderful and you can tell that they truly love animals. We just brought our two greyhounds back from their dental cleaning here and I am blown away by how amazing their teeth look as well as how attentive the staff was throughout the process. The staff is meticulous about intake and discharge processes and very communicative before and after appointments. The best vet EVER. Our dogs have been going to the Caring Hands chain since we got them about three years ago. We went to one Caring Hands in northern VA and then switched to this location on S. Van Dorn because we moved to Alexandria. Dr. Neumann and the team are amazing and if you are looking for a good vet to go to, this is it.

On 3 June we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl Bailey and the experience at Caring Hands Alexandria could not have been better. Drs Rossi and Passado are sincere and genuine and Sarah was awesome. I am sorry I do not remember the other staff members names, but I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and sympathy. I highly recommend the team at Caring Hands.

We have always been satisfied with the care extended to our dog by the entire staff. This was my first visit Caring Hands in Bristow, VA under Dr. Gnowles and we must say she is very professional. We was most impressed with her thorough and extensive written report on Journey's health. It is no surprise that the office was buzzing with patients.

Everyone at Caring Hands is wonderful. I took my new kitten to them for a general check. They were very thorough. They wanted the vet info from the breeder's vet, so I got it and forwarded it to them. Next up is to her my fur baby spayed.

I have been going to Caring Hands in Alexandria for three years. I moved out of state but came back to the area with my job and was so grateful that I didn't have to rack my brain and exert effort in finding a new vet I trusted. The staff is amazing and always are friendly, both in person and on the phone. I am picky with who I choose to take my dog (aka my baby) to and I trust them with the care of her hands down.
