Everything about Caring Hands in Bristow is awesome! The location, the staff, the hours, the pricing, EVERYTHING! Anytime I need to get my pup in they having something quick and accommodating. Danielle Vinyard is one of the best vet techs, we love knowing she's there looking out for Louie!

I just moved to the area with my new year old rescue pup. I got her records transferred to the Alexandria location and brought my pup in without an appointment to just get acquainted with the facility before she really needed it. The staff was super welcoming and gave us a tour (and my little fur baby chose that moment to leave a gift). The staff was gracious. The staff always tries to make the pet and owner comfortable. Dr. Neumann, in particular, is exceptional in the time he takes to conduct an exam and explain any recommendations he may make. He makes every effort to put the pet at ease and engages with it in a pleasant manner.

My cat of 11 years old was sick and not eating and I was fearful she was dying. Caring Hands vet clinic made an appointment for her the same day I called. Their care and compassion for princess lulu was excellent, primarily due to her care from Dr. Jorge Pesadas. He genuinely cared for my cat, knowing how much she meant to my family and me. When an emergency strikes on a Saturday afternoon, all bets are off. Finding my 3 years old cat a hiding, pee dribbling, floppy mess sent me into a teary panic. No roommate, no car, normal vet closed. After more tears and frantic searching I remembered Caring Hands was just down the street- walking distance. Caring Hands really lives up to its name! My dog has been a patient for two years and we always receive excellent care. Whether it is an emergency visit or a routine check-up, we receive professional, supportive service. I can really tell that the staff enjoys what they do and they always treat my dog with special love and attention.

Took my recently adopted shelter dog there because he was sick. The doctors and staff are excellent! Very gentle and caring. They have accommodated me when I've had urgency with him and have made themselves available anytime I've needed them. I like love Dr. Dean, but everyone I've dealt with there has been wonderful.

I can't say enough good things about the staff here! They truly treat your furry friend as if it was their own. We moved from Chicago and my husband took my rescue pom there (I was scared to death to find a new vet since she is basically my child) and they gave him a tour of their facility and even had a welcome sign for new patients! I have never been so impressed with a vet office and the cleanliness of the patient areas!
