I want to start off by saying that we have been taking our Old English Bulldogs to them for a couple years now but my latest experience was one I had to share and write a review on. My oldest dog ( 9 yrs old) had been having some GI trouble for the past 2 weeks and then he started to not eat much, which was a big indicator that something wasn't right. I have been bringing my cat here for many years and this review is long overdue. I have had only good experiences here.The staff and Doctors are very professional and pleasant. They take care of the required shots, give her a full exam and some times recommended some tests but never use hard sell or scare tactics. They even let me leave her in their care after her appointment so I could walk up to Hair Cuttery and also do some shopping. thank you for making my day that much easier. We will be back!

I have been here twice now with my kitty, Momo, and I must say I am a fan. Pros: + I always feel cared for at Caring Hands. Everyone is very nice, from the receptionist to the doctors to the techs, everyone. I ask a ton of questions (because, let's be honest, you pay so much for an office visit, might as well get all your questions answered right??), and they never rush me out and always answers all my questions thoroughly, even when they are busy. + Their check up rooms are clean and simple. Wanted to share an update on this review, a few months later. I am still absolutely thrilled with the level of service Caring Hands gives Eddie. The visits are thorough and attentive, all while showering my pup in love and positive reinforcement. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice. You'd be silly not to take your animal here.

Super warming and welcoming staff, very clean facility compared to other vets. Dr. Posado(sp?) was helpful and patient with all my questions, they were thorough with their questions trying to get every detail to better address my concerns. I've known other vet doctors more for business and money but I got warm and caring vibes from this doctor. I'm very pleased with my visit and would recommend them to everyone. Even my cat felt safe enough to make himself at home. :)

I'm so grateful to have found Caring Hands. They came highly recommended from neighborhood friends, and I couldn't be happier. We were not rushed, had all our concerns addresses, and hopefully my dog will improve soon. All of the staff were helpful and professional, friendly, and living up to their "Caring" name. I am grateful for their care of my cat Gabby. She had 11 tooth extractions. They provide excellent service at extremely low cost. They were both kind and efficient to both Gabby and her humans.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This practice is amazing. Wonderful, caring, and compassionate staff, that not only care about your pets, but also you and your well-being. Dr. Neumann had been so phenomenal, he has set the standard for every vet I will ever see. When one of my cats had a major medical issue, Dr. Neumann took the time to firstly rule out causes to a mysterious illness and then as we discovered the underlying issue, he walked me through all of my options, occasionally calling after hours to check-in or w... read more
