After finding Caring Hands Animal Hospital on an online google search I wasn't sure what to expect however I highly recommend Caring Hands Animal Hospital. The office was clean and the waiting/exam rooms were large which is especially important in the waiting room when "frisky" dogs can sometimes get unruly. The vet we saw was Dr. Ventocilla. This is a return review, since we continue taking our dogs to Caring Hands (on Van Dorn). I wanted to give a special WOOF to Samantha, Sarah, the male vet tech with dark, curly hair who did Radley's blood draw (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) and Dr. Ventocilla. We always feel so welcomed and cared for, no matter what the visit is for. Amazing place, everyone seems genuinely caring and involved in the health of my pets. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place, their follow up is always on point, they never appear annoyed at the bazillion questions I throw at them. They put you at ease as much as they possibly can! (I have 3 cats).

As I sit here still grieving over the loss of my pet, I am overwhelmed at the professionalism that Caring Hands displays. Today was a tough day. My 11 year old dachshund, Spud, was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure back in November of 2016. He was subscribed several medications and were taking them regularly. But, something happened and fluid began to build up around his heart and he could barely breathe. My cat is usually very anxious and ready to attack at the vet. The atmosphere was calm and she remained calm through being cared for by three different people. There was a nice sign welcoming the new clients for the day. The caretakers and doctor were very professional and listened well. They told me about all costs up front. They offered different options that other vets hadn't (for a recurrent issue). I will definitely be back with my other pets.

Absolutely LOVE this Vet clinic. Been going there for years loving all the vets, but over the last year, have set up all appointments with Dr. Ventocilla. Dr. Ventocilla is amazing and is truly a gem for me and my Weimaraner Mina.

I've worked with a lot of great vets, but Dr. Brian Neumann will always be the top one on my list. I recently lost my dog, Crikey and Dr. Neumann was there every step of way, not only as his vet, but the emotional guidance that was clearly needed for me. I will never forget how hands on with me he was and how the staff was so professional, caring and always smiling, but also empathetic. Of course, I've dropped his name to most of my friends. Caring Hands is a really wonderful veterinary practice, the type that other practices should model off of. They are quick to call you back, they check in with you after each visit, and we have never had an issue getting a regular or emergency appointment. Given that we have a Goldendoodle, we have made A LOT of calls and visits in his first year and have seen just about every vet and vet tech in the place. I booked an appointment with CHAH after reading reviews online. One perk is that it's only 5 minutes from my house! I just adopted a new cat, Bitsy, and needed to schedule a yearly exam. My online appointment request was promptly answered and I was able to schedule an appointment on my preferred day at my preferred time.
