This review is long overdue. The staff at Caring Hands has always done such a fantastic job caring for my dog, whether he's just having a check-up or he's sick. It's not easy to handle a sick and nervous animal, yet they always manage to care for my dog as if he were their own.

I am so thankful that I decided to go to caring hands. I had some bad experiences when I first moved to the DC area with other vets. Nothing terrible, just rude and of course everything here is expensive. For this reason, I didn't really have a vet when my dog became ill. Dr Hamilton was the vet that I could see the fastest and I feel so lucky to have gotten her. She is smart, caring, proactive, but sensitive to the fact that money is tight and care decisions need to be made with this in mind. In a week I went from having ... read more

The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! When calling for an appointment you may be asked "is this an emergency? Or may I place you on hold?" Sometimes you're on hold for 5 minutes. I've also been the "emergency" caller. So, I don't mind the wait. From checking in to checking out, everyone is truly "caring"! I've had techs who were not working with me that day take the time to stop by and say hello and check on my pets. I LOVE THEM! Cannot recommend them enough!

They care so much about your pet here. Great email communication, clean and organized space, and really knowledgeable vet and assistants. Tons of parking since is in a strip mall.

We had a wonderful experience when we took our new dog to Caring Hands Animal Hospital! Some other vets in the area are "all business," but Caring Hands sat with us and our new pup for over an hour to make sure all of our questions were answered. They were kind and very gentle with our anxious dog, and even showed us how to clean her ears and clip her toenails at no charge. We will definitely be going back for next year's visit, and highly recommend them! What great people.

Amazing vet!! Extremely caring staff, from the front desk to the veterinarians . They are considerate of costs and only do what's necessary. I've been going here for several years and HIGHLY recommend them! Best vet office ever!

They always take great care of our 2 boxers!!! They greet you immediately and take you in a timely fashion. They always call the next day to check in make sure your pup is doing well and then the doctor always calls when test results are in to let you know what they've gotten back. We've been going there for 8 years. Very happy with their service.

Caring Hands is by far the best vet I've been to. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable and actually care about your pet and not just your wallet. They take their time to answer all your questions and follow up after the visit to check on your pet. You won't be disappointed!
