The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! When calling for an appointment you may be asked "is this an emergency? Or may I place you on hold?" Sometimes you're on hold for 5 minutes. I've also been the "emergency" caller. So, I don't mind the wait. From checking in to checking out, everyone is truly "caring"! I've had techs who were not working with me that day take the time to stop by and say hello and check on my pets. I LOVE THEM! Cannot recommend them enough!

They care so much about your pet here. Great email communication, clean and organized space, and really knowledgeable vet and assistants. Tons of parking since is in a strip mall.

We had a wonderful experience when we took our new dog to Caring Hands Animal Hospital! Some other vets in the area are "all business," but Caring Hands sat with us and our new pup for over an hour to make sure all of our questions were answered. They were kind and very gentle with our anxious dog, and even showed us how to clean her ears and clip her toenails at no charge. We will definitely be going back for next year's visit, and highly recommend them! What great people.

Amazing vet!! Extremely caring staff, from the front desk to the veterinarians . They are considerate of costs and only do what's necessary. I've been going here for several years and HIGHLY recommend them! Best vet office ever!

They always take great care of our 2 boxers!!! They greet you immediately and take you in a timely fashion. They always call the next day to check in make sure your pup is doing well and then the doctor always calls when test results are in to let you know what they've gotten back. We've been going there for 8 years. Very happy with their service.

Caring Hands is by far the best vet I've been to. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable and actually care about your pet and not just your wallet. They take their time to answer all your questions and follow up after the visit to check on your pet. You won't be disappointed!

Caring Hands is an incredible team of people. Everyone on staff was helpful and attentive to my dog. Dr Neumann has been such a caring doctor. He understands that taking care of a dog is a whole family effort and allowed my 6 year old daughter to listen to her own dogs heartbeat with his stethoscope. He took the time to let my daughter explain why we came in for a check up. My elderly dog has had skin issues most of her life and Dr Neumann solved them in one visit. I brought my dog to Caring Hands yesterday for the first time, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff truly love animals, and they extremely welcoming and kind. The staff took their time, answered all of our questions and gave our dog a thorough exam. Today the vet went out of their way to give me a follow-up call to check-in and ask if we had any questions. I'm very impressed with the level of care and consideration. I HIGHLY recommend this vet.

I need to give a shout out to the Doctors and Staff at Caring Hands Alexandria. With 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses, I feel like I have become an expert on veterinary offices. I have been going to Caring Hands now for about 4 years and they are awesome, seeing me through routine care for the dogs and cats and also now a serious issue with my kitty who has used up many of her 9 lives.
